We provide pro bono / free advice in relation to all of our practice areas.

When we work pro bono

 

When it appears to us that:

​

• ​the client is unable to pay without causing them material financial hardship;

​​

• the problem is likely to have a material, detrimental impact upon the client if left unchecked; and

​

• in all the circumstances, it appears to us to be the right thing to do.

 

Furthermore, we work pro bono for charities and other not-for-profit organisations which work on behalf of low income or disadvantaged members of the community, or for the public good.
